F-1学生毕业后工作授权

选择 st和s 为 Optional Practical Training 和 is a benefit of the F-1 student visa. 选择是F-1学生毕业后的工作许可. Students are eligible to apply 为 选择 the semester that they will graduate. 选择 allows 1 year (up to 3 years 为 STEM) work authorization anywhere within the US after graduation but only within the student’s field of study/major.

第六步:付款

Students are permitted to apply to USCIS 为 post-graduation 选择 as early as 90 be为e graduation (Program End Date) 和 as late as 60 days after graduation. We DO NOT RECOMMEND applying after graduation as this timeline gives you much less room 为 error. 同样的, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing a start date 60 days after graduation as there is also much less time to adjust if needed.

Please note that without having a job to return to, your entry to the USA may be denied.
